text tone & champagne toast

a special tone…

a ring like the quiet clang of fine crystal

kissing gently in a shared toast.

Yet,

although a quiet sound,

the soft tone rings to my ears like trumpeting brass,

and my inviting heart

like a glass teemed full.

Oh the champagne I would pour
